Jam Fernando Sebastian and Paolinne Michelle Liggayu was a couple for years already, Paolinne even proposed to Jam already when Jam was diagnosed with lung cancer few months ago, and for months he fought for his recovery, but sadly, time came for Jam to rest.

The partner of Jam Sebastion which is Paolinne Michelle Liggayu said:

"Nakapag decide na ang family. Hinihintay nalang maubos ang gamot ni Jam. Hindi ko kayang tignan ngayon yung ginagawa sakanya. Na inaayos na siya. Ang sakit marinig na napag uusapan na kung anong susuotin niya. Sabay sabay tayong mag pray for Jam na makaramdam na siya ng love and comfort sa arms ni God. Pag pray din natin na maging strong tayong lahat. Everything will be okay... We love you Jam Fernando Sebastian. I'm sure magiging sobrang ganda and happy ng birthday celebration mo sa Heaven. Sana madream kita na ipaalam mo lang samin na masaya ka na and healthy ulit with God. Thankyou for everything... No words can explain. Until we meet again..."

Those heart breaking words from Paolinne Michelle Liggayu touched a lot of netizens, a lot were sad for what happened to Jam Fernando Sebastian.

Jam Sebastian went through and suffered a lot already. That's why their family already decided to let go of him already to end his suffer, but Jam is now safe and happy in the arms of God.
