Cockfighting is where two roosters fight each other to death while people are betting on them. It has always been one of the most sought after betting game of the Filipino people and it has a long history in the Philippines.

Even our national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal pointed out once that the average Filipino loves his rooster more than he does his children, as what roughguides.com says.

Majority of those who’s into cockfighting are men and found it amusing and thrilling to see roosters fight against each other to death, or maybe it’s just the bet!

While it is normal for roosters to fight, it is unusual to see a featherless one fighting against a normal breed of rooster. That is why as you watch the video, you will see how excited the men around the two roosters because it is not every day they get to watch that kind of fight.
