It consists of a
21-member troupe which is fused together to give an illusion of a one-man
performance. Their hands are amazingly linked like chains, giving them a more
refined and graceful dance moves to the eyes of the spectators.
Their
synchronize movements seemed very smooth and relaxed. Their graceful moves made
the performance look very easy when in fact; it required a lot of hard work and
long hours of practice.
The fact that
all of the performers here were disabled even made this video trending! The
members were mute and deaf but still they managed to give a memorable dance
performance. People all over the world gave their praises and compliments.
According to one
YouTube channel who uploaded the whole practice of the group, the dance indeed
required a lot of effort.
"Being deaf and mute, these disabled female
performers endure pain and suffering in vigorous training, simply to deliver a
message of love to mankind."
The amazing
dance is a tribute to give honour to the Chinese goddess Guan Yin who is a
symbol of maternal love and infinite compassion. According to the legend, Guan
Yin is a gentle and affectionate girl who sacrificed her own hands and eyes for
her father. Because of her goodness, she was rewarded with a thousand eyes and
hands.
