VIRAL: Game "DOTA" Banned In Internet Shops In Barangay Salawag, Dasmariñas Cavite

A baranggay in Dasmariñas, Cavite will no longer allow residents to play Defense of the Ancients known as( DOTA) following a series of violent incidents that culminated in two deadly stabbings.

Barangay Salawag chief Enrico Paredes confirmed that Resolution 008-S-2015, dated Jan 5, 2014, banned DotA because it "had already become a tool for gambling and was causing discord in the community. GMA News also, a major news network in the country, ran the following report confirming the municipal ban.
What will happen to those Computer Shop Owner if they violated the Resolution 008-S-2015?
First Offense: Suspension of shop operations for a month.
Second Offense: Revocation of business permit.
Third Offense: Permanent closure of computer shop and non-issuance of business permit.
