It was around 9:00 am last Saturday, January 31, 2015 when many people personally witnessed a trainer aircraft of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) crash in the waters of Batangas as they celebrate the Liberation Day of Nasugbu.
The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines or CAAP confirmed that 2 people were killed in the said crash. According to them, one of its instructor pilots and a student died after the plane crashed 300 meters off the shoreline of Nasugbu, Batangas.
The said fatalities were identified by Nasugbu Police Chief Inspector Pablo Aguda as:
Instructor pilot Captain John Bayao; and
Student pilot 2nd Lieutenant Al-Nazer Jana.

They were actually conducting a practice air exhibition for the scheduled celebration of Nasugbu’s Liberation day when their SF-260FH Number 1034 aircraft crashed more than a hundred meters away from the shoreline of Barangay Bucana at 9:45 am.
As you watch the video, you’ll see that the people were enjoying watching the aircrafts that took off from Fernando Air Base in Lipa City. Little did they know that a disaster was going to happen…
