The love month has just started but we could all feel that it is indeed February as TV Host and actress Toni Gonzaga and director Paul Soriano finally confirmed their engagement in the entertainment talk show “The Buzz” today, February 1, 2015 after 7 and a half years of being together.
According to the reports, the proposal happened last January 21, a day after Toni turned 31, in front of her mother Pinty, father Bonoy, and sister Alex at their family home in Rizal.
Paul told them that he’s not going to take away Toni from them but instead will join them if it’s possible.

The couple is set to tie the knot this year.
Immediately after the announcement, Alex (Toni’s sister) shared a photo of the two minutes after their engagement. According to the TV host and actress, although she’s sad that she would have to "share" her sister with someone else now, "I can never think of anyone more deserving and suitable for my sister."
Friends of Toni also expressed their delight for the newly-engaged couple, and one of them is the recently-wedded Bianca Gonzales-Intal who congratulated the two through her Instagram post and said she is excited over the upcoming wedding. She also welcomed her fellow TV host and friend to 'The Misis Club.'
She later on added a tweet, "So HAPPY you can finally scream about your love. I'm in TEARS."
