MUST SEE: These Deaf and Mute People Performed A Thousand Hands Dance in China!

When art and religion collides, a once in a lifetime performance is born.
This video will show you the magnificent result of creativity and hard work. A group of disabled dancers from China made news all around the globe with their unique and astonishing performance. The amazing performance is also known as ‘A thousand hand dance’ wherein it features synchronized hand and limb movements.

It consists of a 21-member troupe which is fused together to give an illusion of a one-man performance. Their hands are amazingly linked like chains, giving them a more refined and graceful dance moves to the eyes of the spectators.
Their synchronize movements seemed very smooth and relaxed. Their graceful moves made the performance look very easy when in fact; it required a lot of hard work and long hours of practice.
The fact that all of the performers here were disabled even made this video trending! The members were mute and deaf but still they managed to give a memorable dance performance. People all over the world gave their praises and compliments.
According to one YouTube channel who uploaded the whole practice of the group, the dance indeed required a lot of effort.
"Being deaf and mute, these disabled female performers endure pain and suffering in vigorous training, simply to deliver a message of love to mankind."
The amazing dance is a tribute to give honour to the Chinese goddess Guan Yin who is a symbol of maternal love and infinite compassion. According to the legend, Guan Yin is a gentle and affectionate girl who sacrificed her own hands and eyes for her father. Because of her goodness, she was rewarded with a thousand eyes and hands.
