WATCH: A Baby Born With A Distorted Face In India Dubbed As A Hindu God

Probably, Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world. It is also the most dominant religion in India that is why it is not surprising when news about a baby girl born with a “trunk-like” protrusion on her face came out, it spread among the Indian people who were so devoted in their religion.
The newborn child became the center of attention of the people in India. They begin to worship her as a Hindu God because they believe that she is an incarnation of the elephant-head God Ganesha.
This unnamed girl was born in a village in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India last March 26, 2015 and ever since news broke out about her, Indian people around the village and from far places are all going to see her and give her offerings.

They even nicknamed the child ‘Lord Ganpatni’ which means ‘Ganesha’s wife’ and even women and children from their village sing songs and dance their hearts out to express their joy for the baby’s birth.
The baby’s aunt whose name is Rajani told ANI, “My sister-in-law gave birth to a girl at 7:00 a.m. and her face looks exactly like Lord Ganesha. Everybody is saying she is an incarnation of the God. This is why whoever hears about her is coming here to get a glimpse of the baby and are making whatever offerings possible,”

Although the baby girl’s face has a protrusion, she is absolutely healthy according to the doctors. They said that the protrusion was a result of a gene mutation which can be caused by malnutrition and increased pollution levels. That if the family chooses, they can go for a corrective surgery for the child at a later stage in life.
