Dancing is one way to express one’s feeling about something and from the looks of the man in the video, it’s as if he’s celebrating as the tropical depression Ruby continues to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Early reports say that Typhoon Ruby with the international name “Hagupit,” is a super typhoon that is about to land in the Philippines then, but as it landfall on several islands of Eastern Samar, Masbate, and Mindoro this typhoon weaken and was downgraded into a tropical storm on Monday, then a tropical depression on Tuesday. Ruby was the longest cyclone to stay in the Philippines this year.
