LOOK: Artist Creates World’s Largest Artwork Made of 66,000 Cups of Water!

What’s amazing about art is that it can be made out of the simplest things. It doesn’t need to be extravagant or too expensive, as long as you’ve got the idea and creativity, then you’ll be free to express yourself in art.

For an instance, these guys created a masterpiece using only water! If you think that sounds unbelievable, then wait ‘til you watch this video. 

This kind of art witnessed in the clip is known as water mosaic. It allows the artist to create large scale images of their subjects with the help of water and coloring agents.

The mosaic is estimated to be around 334 sq meters with 66,000 cups totaling to 15,000 liters of rainwater. The genius mind behind this is Canadian artist Serge Belo.

Little by little, they carefully arranged the cups to form the huge image of a child in the womb!

Behind this mind-blowing masterpiece is an untold story. The artist and his group aim to raise awareness about the shortage of clean water globally. They are hoping that this artwork will catch the attention and hopefully compel the people to start focusing in water conservation.
