Aside from his friends and family, the whole nation is still grieving for the death of Jam Sebastian last Wednesday. His hands can do magic
If there’s anything a future father-in-law can say, it’s how Jam’s hands work like magic. Michelle’s father talks about how talented and skilled Jam was. In a Facebook post, he posted a photo and said:
“This hand used to be an instrument to make short films, edit videos and eventually entertain and inspire millions of viewers and those who followed them.
This hand was very busy clicking and moving the mouse and like a true artist created magic, that became an internet sensation called Jamich.”
His heartbreaking ‘I love you’ message
Days before his death, Jam gave his family a heart-warming message. He miraculously woke up from life support and gathered all the strength in his body to write ‘I love you all’ in a piece of paper.
This small act sent out an inspiring message that even though Jam’s in pain and he knows he only has little time; he still considers his family and supporters. Everybody’s hope was relived with his message!
His heart has a big hope
It is not easy to undergo the battle that Jam just went through, but despite of all the suffering, he still displayed bravery and hope. We all know how he used to consider euthanasia or mercy killing to end his life, but he still fought until the very end.
In fact, before he died, his vitals are depleting in a fast pace. His blood pressure is extremely low, his heart rate was getting fast and an uncontrollable fever has taken over him. Despite of this, he managed to write “Oo, laban.”

He does not fear death
He showed us that he’s not afraid to die. When he requested mercy killing to be considered, his family was left emotional but he comforted them by saying that he does not fear death anymore, for God is with him.
Jam encouraged his family to not worry but rather be at peace, because mercy killing will take away his sufferings. Jam even left a message that showed how considerate and loving he was, and how difficult it is for him to consider leaving his loved ones.
He’s an adorable and sweet boyfriend to Mich
We have witnessed how their love blossomed through the years, and Jam has proven himself a boyfriend material for his fiancé, Michelle. He never ran out of sweet surprises that captured our hearts, especially his proposal that went viral in the Internet.
We know how loving and nurturing boyfriend he is and Mich herself also admits how Jam takes care of her as his fiancé.
He’s a generous brother
Yexel Sebastian, Jam’s older brother also shared a moment in which we can see the generosity is Jam’s heart. When he found out that Yexel’s phone broke, he decided to give his brother an iPhone that was given to him by Globe.
He believes in God and has a strong faith
More importantly, Jam is a man of God. There isn’t a moment that he made this unknown, and he continued to inspire millions of fans by saying that God is on his side no matter what. Months after he was diagnosed with lung cancer, he joined ‘The Feast’. It was a weekly fellowship and prayer meeting founded by BO Sanchez.
He showed us that he doesn’t want money or donations; instead he asked his fans for their prayers for his recovery.
Even though he’s gone now, Jam has left good memories and that will stay with his family and friends forever. RIP Jam Sebastian, you will be missed.
